We've spent years building software for customer support teams. We watched businesses struggle with fragmented conversations — some in email, some on WhatsApp, some on Instagram — with no single place to see the full picture. Customer service agents were drowning in context-switching. Managers couldn't see what was happening. Customers were waiting too long.
When WhatsApp opened its Business API, we saw an opportunity. WhatsApp is already the most trusted messaging channel for billions of people. What if we could give businesses the tools to make every WhatsApp conversation faster, smarter, and more personal?
